Since 2025 the law distinguishes two separate limits for tax-advantaged non-cash benefits. For 2026 the amounts are:
You use benefits in two categories:
Benefits won't pay for things like transport (tickets, flights), sports goods (a bike, smartwatch, scales), cosmetics or baby food. Nor can they cover medical goods from a seller not listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers.
Meal vouchers are for buying food, and only with our partners. You pay solely from your meal-voucher wallet. Your employer decides when points are loaded into it.
Your employer sets the terms for using benefits: the entitlement amount, spending from each wallet, expiry, the coefficient and the rules when employment ends. The employer also sets internal benefits, such as Multisport, days off or financial products (long-term investment products, supplementary pension, retirement savings, life insurance and more).
Your employer sets the exact ways you can spend benefits, by their own rules and setup. So you'll find the offer that applies to you after logging in to your benefits account.
The savings account is a wallet that points move into, if your employer allows it – typically when points expire, at year-end or when employment ends. From it you can pay for every benefit category in our partner network: culture, sport, education, health, printed books and travel. But you can't use it for internal benefits or transfer money out of it.
The electronic form of classic meal vouchers. You hold them as points in your wallet in the Benefit Plus app and pay for meals and groceries, by card or phone.
At Benefit Plus partners across Czechia: in restaurants, cafés and canteens, in supermarkets and smaller food shops, and with delivery services. From a quick lunch to a big shop.
As easily as with any card. Pay with your Benefit Plus card, via the mobile app or online at e-shops that accept meal vouchers. The amount comes off your meal-voucher wallet.
They have their own wallet just for food. You pay only for meals and groceries from it; they don't mix with sport, culture or health points.
Your employer sets the amount and how often points are loaded. You can see your meal-voucher wallet balance anytime after logging in.
Up to the statutory daily limit, the meal allowance is exempt from tax and contributions. For 2026 that's 129.50 Kč per day worked, so on meal vouchers up to that you pay nothing extra.
No need. You spend points as you like – in small amounts or one payment for a bigger shop. It only depends on how much is in your meal-voucher wallet.
Your employer sets how long points last, so it varies by company. You'll always see your balance's validity right in the app.
No. Meal vouchers are for meals and groceries and can't be turned into cash. But you can spend them anytime, bit by bit.
