Common questions

The cafeteria is a benefits system where you give people an annual budget and they choose from it themselves: sport, culture, health, travel, education or books. You set the rules and the cap; you leave the choice to them. They have over 13,000 benefits, online and in the mobile app.

Benefits aren't taxed like salary. On a non-cash benefit an employee gets 26.6% more than the same sum as salary, and the firm saves 5.7% on contributions. Raise pay by the same and that edge is gone. We'll work out the exact saving for your pay structure upfront.

Non-cash benefits are tax-exempt up to two caps: leisure up to half the average wage (24,484 Kč a year) and health up to the full average wage (48,967 Kč a year). New rule: a benefit must be given on top of salary, not instead. The system tracks both limits and their use for you.
